1.What is your favorite quote?

“Stars can’t shine without darkness” I love this quote because life isn’t always going to go your way, but going through difficult/dark experiences help you grow and become a better version of yourself.

2. What golden rule do you live by or not?

Give others grace in the type of moments you would like to receive grace.

3 What is the one thing you would like to be remembered for?

Being the best version of myself and leaving a positive impact on those around me.

4 What has Coldwell Banker meant to you?

Over the last four years that I have worked for Coldwell Banker, I was able to grow in so many ways. They have allowed me to take on new roles and prove myself to be well rounded in many areas of the business and was able to learn new things simultaneously. I started as an Administrative Professional and have grown into the Marketing Director. I am truly grateful for the opportunities they have given me.

5 How has Coldwell banker impacted your family?

Coldwell Banker has supported me in my new stage of life of becoming a mother. They have embraced my son as one of their own and helping me along the way. The love and support is amazing!

6 How would your agents describe you?

Creative, always smiling, and someone they can rely on.

7 What brings your joy?

Watching my sweet little boy grow, learn how to do new things, and just how he finds happiness in the smallest things. I also find joy in making new memories with my husband and son. It has been amazing becoming a mom in this last year and watching the changes it has made in my life for the better.

11. What is your hobbies/interests?

Jigsaw puzzles, walking, visiting new local spots.

12. What is your charity involvement?

Several Animal Rescues, Breast Cancer Research and Awareness, and Alzheimer’s Association.

13. What are you passionate about?

I have always been super passionate about helping out the elderly community. Before, I worked for Coldwell Banker, I worked in two senior living communities and absolutely loved making a difference in their lives. I was able to grow a lot during that time and learn so much about life and the importance of it.

14. Favorite sports team?

I do not have a favorite team, but my favorite sport is hockey. I love supporting both my husband and I’s hometown teams, Carolina Hurricanes and Philadelphia Flyers.

16. Do you have a cause you do or would advocate for?

Alzheimer’s Association.

Mike Putt

Michael has been active in commercial real estate in the Hampton Roads area for over twenty years. His experience enables him to provide a wide range of real estate services. From the start of a project (land acquisition), to development, to sales or leasing, then property management, if needed.
He offers a full scope of commercial real estate services, development, including office, industrial, and retail leasing, and office, industrial, and retail sales, development, and property management.
Over the years, Michael has served in the Williamsburg community from a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader, Youth Baseball and Basketball Coach, Williamsburg Jaycees, as a Charter Member for the Providence Forge Rotary Club, to serving on the HOA. POA and Architectural Boards, which include the neighborhoods of Chisel Run, Peppertree Condos, Jamestown Commons, Jamestown 1607, Busch Corporate Center, The Midlands Townhouse, McLaws Center Association and Patriot Park.
He has managed his own commercial and personal investments for over 30 years, familiar with buying and selling, l 031 Exchanges, Landlord and Tenant issues.
Brief list of clients he has worked for: Walmart, CDA, Area Wide Protection, Coastal Network, Leebcor, John Yancey Companies, and Comber PT.
No matter how small or large the project, Michael gives his full attention to you, the client, to close the deal. He is always giving 100%, this is what separates him from others.

These two amazing ladies have worked almost every aspect of real estate from agent to accounting. Between the two of them, there is over 35 years of real estate experience. They both believe that you should always treat others the way you would like to be treated. Both of these ladies can be described as helpful, knowledgeable, and problem solvers. Whatever the question thrown their way, they have the answer to it or will find the answer for you.

Christi has been with the company since 2007. She grew up as a Navy ``Brat.`` She lived in California, Virginia and eventually moved to Massachusetts, where she met her husband of 30 years. She has 2 grown children. In her free time, Christi enjoys photography, research (especially her family genealogy), and travel. She really enjoyed traveling to England where she was able to take many beautiful pictures and meet some newly found family in her family tree.

Shannon came to the company in 2001, working with a family member who was a very successful agent for the company. She was born and for the most part raised in Virginia. She has lived in Hampton Roads for over 30 years. She is married to her wonderful husband of over 20 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Shannon's faith is something that she holds very dear, she believes ``God holds all the control in my life, and I can do nothing without him.`` In her free time, she enjoys researching her family's genealogy, gardening with her grandkids, Nascar, her Dallas Cowboys, and reading. She advocates deeply for Cancer Awareness. She is currently walking through her own story with lung and bone cancer and hopes she is giving courage and hope to others through it.
