Dear Friends,
After 20 rewarding years teaching Art, I’m thrilled to be stepping into a new chapter - pursuing my lifelong passion for real estate. This dream began 30 years ago when Ivan and I built our first house, sparking a deep love for homes and the stories they tell. Since then, I’ve remodeled, rebuilt, and invested in real estate, and now I’m excited to help others find their perfect place.
Having spent my whole life in Winchester and Frederick County, this community is near and dear to my heart. I’m what locals call a "towny" - I know these back roads and downtown streets like the back of my hand. I ended my teaching career at the same high school Ivan and I graduated from, and now I’m blessed to watch our adult children raise their families here, too. This place has shaped who I am, and I’m grateful to be part of a community that values family, connection, and tradition.
Becoming a grandma has been one of the greatest joys of my life - I’m totally smitten with my sweet granddaughter! I cherish the time I spend with my kids, whether we’re relaxing on the family farm for "Snappy Hours" or soaking up the sun at the beach. And of course, our dogs are always by our side - they’re part of the family too. I love grabbing a bite with friends or exploring the wineries and farm markets in our area. There’s so much to enjoy right here at home, and it’s a reminder of how important it is to balance work, family, and the simple joys of life.
Family and community are at the core of everything I do, both personally and professionally. My experience in real estate investing has given me a strong sense of what makes a property truly special. Navigating the market can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to guide you with confidence. As a mom of three adult children - each currently in the home-buying process - I know what it’s like to be a buyer at any stage. Whether you’re buying your first home or searching for your dream vacation property, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
