Before becoming a realtor full time. She worked for a college for 25 years in administration. At her 25 year mark. She made a major change and got her license as an agent. It’s almost been 9 years and she hasn’t looked back. We asked her some questions to help you get to know her better. Here is the story of Cheri Richard.
Her favorite quote says Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today. Her golden rule is to always be truthful. She thing she would most like to be remembered as is being a great mom. As a realtor she would like her clients to describe her as Honest, dependable, and hard working. That she put her clients first no matter what. That she put their best interest at heart. Also, When the deals closed that her clients felt that she not only met but exceeded there expectations. How can she exceed there expectations? In her quality of care and professionalism to see the job all the way through.
We asked her what has CB Now meant to her.
CB Now promotes a team atmosphere. No inner competition. It’s more of a family mission. They lift you up and provide encouragement all along the way. This is the CB Now way. To be a home for our agents to enter when they need to find there center. She also loves to bake, travel and spend time with family. Her other full time job is caring for her elderly parents. To honor the elderly looks like legacy. Legacy is what you leave behind that people remember about you. I think she is on her way to doing just that. For her baking is not just a hobby but a pass time. She gets to relax, be creative, and share her creations with her church, rescue mission and friends and family alike.
I hope you have liked getting to know a little bit about Cheri. She is not just an agent. She is a realtor. Her standards of practice are above average.
If you don’t know where to go, call Cheri. She will know what to do.
And Now you know too.

They may not be able to put their finger on all she did, but she did it all to get to the finish line. She gets the job done, somehow and someway, she handles it gracefully!
We asked her what CBNOW means to her. “CBNOW means family.” The day she interviewed with the Broker; she was greeted with a huge sign that said Welcome Home Stephanie. Her favorite quote comes from Winston Churchill, “Believe you can and you are halfway there.” She lives by the golden rule of doing unto other as you would have them do unto you. As a realtor she would like to be remembered for having a caring personality. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and easy to work with. We asked her what does CB Now mean to her. Its a caring family that is supportive, proactive and helpful in helping her tell her success story as an agent. Joy is something we value here at CB Now. For her joy looks like making memories with her family. Her hobbies are gardening, making cards, cooking and baking. Yummy!!
My love of both baking and cooking comes from my stay at home Mom and from Girl Scouts. She has two main passions. Family and Real Estate. Her favorite team is the Steelers. She is a lady of faith and her favorite book to read is the Bible. She says it’s full of encouragement and hope.
I hope learning a little bit about Penny has been encouraging to you. She is a no nonsense kind of lady. And that’s a good thing in this business. If you need someone who is consistent, caring and willing to go the extra mile to see her clients smile. She is the agent for you.

She is a highly motivated bright young woman fairly new to the world of real estate. Although she is young and still learning she comes equipped with her own fare share of knowledge and experiences through life.
One of the things that stood out most to me about Myeshia was during her interview. We asked a couple of questions about her personal experiences and how she has become the woman she is today . My favorite response from her was this.
“The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can run from it or learn from it. I picked that up from watching the lion king as a child, one of my favorite movies because it has a lot of meaning and hidden gems behind it. I believe in that quote so strongly because it’s very true. Life is full of lessons but we always have the opportunity when making the right choices to make it better. My past does not define me and neither should yours. All the things Ive been through only pushed me to go harder and become more successful. I want nothing less than to reach my full potential and be everything I know that I am capable of. And one day I would love to be an example for people to know it’s not how you started, but how you finish which is the most important.”
Her number one goal is to be a lifelong learner. You can never have enough knowledge and can literally learn things from your surroundings daily. Being open to learning and constructive criticism is important because the information you receive from others can open bridges to different outcomes. Networking and being open with communication can change many people’s lives. Growing up she wasn’t as fortunate like many others in this world to have the proper guidance, but that never deterred her drive! Myeshia knows that one day she will be able to guide other people into making their dreams a reality from the process of learning and applying yourself. She is driven !
She wants to be remembered for being somebody that other people feel comfortable going to.Helping people succeed brings her great joy. When it’s all said and done what matters most to her is knowing that she was knowledgeable, available, and happy as a realtor. Regarding her legacy she only has one message for her future self and that is ”Know that you did everything that you put your mind too.”
Myeshia loves working with Cbnow because Cb gave her great training and access to the proper information/agent assistance which has been helpful for her growth. She fits right in working with her fellow employees and now is part of the team who is more like family. Here at CBNOW Family helps family. The thrill of accomplishing her goals, raising her beautiful daughter, and closing deals fuels the beautiful smile that she possesses. Her hobbies include: Swimming, listing to music, sports and she also loves to fish. She also loves to cook, grill and bake in her spare time. She is pushing towards her ultimate goal which is to be a full time real estate agent in order to provide for her future and family. This is something she has been passionate about achieving since a child.
We hope you have enjoyed getting to know a little bit more about Myeshia.
