I have been helping individuals and families buy & sell real estate since 1998 from Richmond to the Peninsula! Prior to real estate I served in numerous customer service roles and worked myself into management at Blue Cross Blue Shield for 16 years. Communication and listening to people is what is important to me. Once I began helping individuals and families buy and sell homes, it became a passion and it has been in my blood ever since. In 2010 I moved to the Peninsula and married my high school sweetheart. I joined Coldwell Banker NOW in 2011 and absolutely love being part of this amazing family. In 2018 I was asked to step up into a manager role. I was still able to sell, as time allowed but most of my time was spent motivating, helping and supporting our agents reach their goals. I studied hard in 2019 & the first ½ of 2020 to achieve my broker’s license. Well, 4 months later I witnessed firsthand how life can change at the blink of an eye. My mother and best friend had a life changing stroke in November 2020. She went from independent living at 86 to a person with stroke related dementia. With this event I needed to be able to spend more time with her and my family. I knew I needed to allow myself the freedom to step back out of the manager role and happily jump back into selling real estate, which is truly where my passion is. Not only do I now have more time to spend with my family, I have more time to help individuals with one of the biggest investments there is, which is where my heart truly loves! We all need to find a balance in our lives and God has truly blessed my life by showing me the way, more so here lately! I am so glad I have followed HIS lead! As for this career, I choose to not only be one’s REALTOR but a REALTOR for life and a friend!

And Now you know!
She has a warm, easygoing personality and is living her best life as a mom and a wife.
She grew up locally in the Hampton Roads area and is currently a resident of Williamsburg, VA. The move to Williamsburg was actually her open door into the real estate profession. “Having such a great experience with my agent as a first time home buyer confirmed my desire to be that for someone else.” She worked with one of our CB NOW agents and she got hooked. This is what you call making an impact.
To help you get to know her a little better we asked her some questions. Her favorite quote comes from Theodore Roosevelt, “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” She lives by the golden rule to treat others the way you’d like to be treated. She would like to be remembered one day as a loved and cherished mother, and, hopefully one day, grandmother. As a realtor she would like to be described as competent and genuine.
We asked her what legacy meant and for her it’s about building generational wealth. Working with CB NOW has been a great opportunity, and it has felt so welcoming to be a part of this family. What brings her joy? FAMILY and that includes pets too. Some of her hobbies include baking, traveling, reading and watching movies. She has participated in Meals on Wheels and Rotary Club Christmas Eve deliveries. As for sports she loves watching the Kansas City Chiefs or Women’s USA Gymnastics, Figure Skating and Snowboarding. Causes that she feels called to support are Organ Donation and The Heart Foundation. In her spare time she loves to bake. She is actually in the process of starting a side business home bakery – called Molina Macarons.
I hope this gives you a little bit of Julianna’s story. She is excited to work with you and hopefully bake you a little something too!
At CB NOW you know!
She is an award winning realtor who is passionate about real estate. And we also want to mention that she is a second generation realtor. So you could say its in her blood even though she got her start in 1993. She grew up in the real estate business with my father being a broker and land developer since childhood. She was a part of CBRAR- Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association. She was there association executive for 3 years. Then went to work for the state at VAR-Virginia Associarion of Realtors. She was the liaison for 26 different local associations in that time. Wow!
We asked her some questions to get to know her better. We hope you enjoy. She lives by a couple mantras, “It is what it is and If it’s meant to me it will be.” Her golden rule is to be honest in every thing that she does. To be fair. To treat everyone the way she would like to be treated.
She would liked to be described as a realtor that gets the job done. Ethical, hard worker and devoted. We asked her what CBNOW has meant to her. This is what she had to say, “It’s opened doors to global clients. The training and educational materials are far superior to any other company I have worked with. The opportunities are readily available depending on your needs and desire. What brings her joy? Her family and happy clients!! She loves to travel, the beach, she mentioned she loves any and all water sports and bird watching. Her charity involvement includes her current position as the president of vpar charity foundation. Finally, she advocates for Breast Cancer Awareness for this is something close to her heart.

Quote – “When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know, but if you listen, you may learn something new” - Dalai Lama
Throughout my life I have worn many different hats. MOM and Memaw are my two most precious and joyous hats. I have also been an “aunt mom” to my nephew after the death of his mother when he was 11 years old. Care giver to both my father and mother in their declining years until their deaths. Sister to my living sister and brother. And last of all team member to the agents in my office.
I hope and believe that my legacy is to my children, grandchildren and family who will remember the love I have always had for them, the giving and caring I have always shown them, and the hope for their successful futures I have always wanted for them.
Through the years I have worked for many companies, some were rewarding others I was just passing through to more things in my future. I started out in Data Processing when no one had individual computers and all data was 1 day behind. I substitute taught in the New Kent County schools which I truly enjoyed. Most of my jobs have been organizing offices and keeping them running smoothly. Coldwell Banker has been a great company to work for. They were very helpful to me when I was going through hard times with my parents illnesses through the years and when my sister was killed they were so patient and understanding of the many things that I and my family went through to bring my nephew to my home, the many needs that he had and the adjustments that we all had to make. I will forever be grateful for that. There are just not enough words to express my gratitude. I saw CBNow as a big family that believes in supporting families. When a company has that much heart, it showed. My job with CBNOW has always been a job that I have really liked a lot, learned a lot and when or if I retire it will be a job I will miss.
When I am not working I love working outdoors, gardening, etc, reading, needlework of many kinds, playing with my grandchildren, cooking, baking! (I hate housework!)
I am very passionate about helping others. I don’t have a lot but I have more than many. FeedMore and Habitat are the main charities that I personally support. I have also worked with Stuff the Bus, Purses for the homeless, Rescue for animals in the Williamsburg area, etc.
